The United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres has called for more humanitarian aid access to north-western Syria.

Talking to reporters in New York, he said the United Nations wants to use more than one border crossing to deliver help.

He said the first UN relief convoy crossed into northern Syria and more help is on the way, but much more, much more is needed.
