Srinagar: Unidentified gunmen fatally shot a government employee in Rajouri district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to a KSM report, Muhammad Razzaq, a government employee serving in the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) as a Junior Assistant, was killed by assailants at his residence in the Kundar area of the district.

The gunmen, whose identities remain unknown, forcibly entered the house and opened fire on Muhammad Razzaq, resulting in his immediate death.

The deceased was the brother of an Indian army soldier serving in the Territorial Army battalion. Following the incident, Indian troops initiated a cordon and search operation in the area.
