DERA MURAD JAMALI: Two young men were electrocuted to death after a 11000-volt wire fell on a shop in Dera Murad Jamali area of Balochistan province on Sunday.

According to police, two young men – Muhammad Anwar, 16, son of Ghulam Sarwar, resident of Boher Mohalla and Fateh Muhammad, 27, son of Muhammad Wafa Bangulzai, resident of Bangulzai Mohalla, – were electrocuted to death after the high transmission electricity wire fell on the roof of Ghousia Autos shop in Dera Murad Jamali area.

The incident happened when both were working atop the shop to fix the electricity fault. The bodies were shifted to a Dera Murad Jamali hospital and later handed over to the heirs after fulfilling necessary medico-legal formalities. The incident has created a mourning atmosphere in the victims’ houses. Further investigation was being conducted by the authorities of Police Station City, Dera Murad Jamali.
