ISLAMABAD: Two soldiers of Pakistan Army embraced martyrdom while gallantly fighting with terrorists during an exchange of fire in Hilal Khel area of Bajaur district on Wednesday.

According to a statement issued by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), one terrorist who remained actively involved in militant activities against security forces, also got killed during the exchange of fire.

Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorist. Sanitization of the area is being carried out to eliminate any terrorists in the area. The martyrs were identified as 33-year-old Naik Taj Muhammad from Kohat and 30-year-old Lance Naik Imtiaz Khan from Malakand.
