ISLAMABAD:The Senior Special Magistrate in Islamabad sentenced the accused after the charge of cutting the tree was proven on Thursday.

According to a report, the accused Fazal Akbar has been sentenced to a fine of one lakh rupees and imprisonment in the environmental case.

The officers of the Environment Department caught the accused red-handed while cutting trees

The accused was cutting the tree and taking it in the loader Suzuki van.

The Senior Special Magistrate sent the accused Fazal Akbar to Adiala jail after proving the case of cutting trees in the capital city.
