WAZIRABAD: Three people were killed after being shot by robbers in a bank cash van heist near Palku Nala in Wazirabad on Tuesday.

According to police, a gang of bandits killed three people in a bank cash van heist near Palku Nala in Wazirabad on Tuesday. The robbers also took away Rs6.2 million cash from the bank van. The robbery heist resulted in the death of a security guard, a driver and a cashier. The police, as usual, reached the crime scene half an hour late.

The police have started a probe into the incident besides searching for the bandits. A mourning atmosphere prevailed in the house of the victims.
