The stage actress Chanda Sana from Arifwala was murdered, and her body was found in Okara.

According to the police, the deceased was shot dead, and the body was left in the area of Gogera police station.

On Saturday morning, the police received information that a body of an unidentified girl was lying near the town of 34GD. The deceased was wearing a red dress, and makeup items and cigarettes were also found with her.

Police sources indicate that initial evidence suggests the deceased was a newlywed bride, and the motives for the murder point towards a love marriage.

The body was moved to the hospital for a post-mortem examination, where she was identified as Chanda Sana, a resident of Arifwala and a stage actress and dancer.

Police registered the case against unknown suspects, and investigations are ongoing to arrest the killers and uncover the reasons behind the murder.
