Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan candidate Pir Muhammad Umar Jan Mujaddidi Sarhandi has announced that if the public votes him into the assembly, he will make every effort to resolve public issues. He made this announcement in connection with the by-election for the National Assembly constituency 213.
Sarhandi announced a protest rally to eliminate drugs from Umerkot district on April 13, starting at 10:30 AM from Shadi Palli. The rally will pass through Bachao Band, Samaro, and Kunri before reaching Umerkot.
During an address at a gathering at the Barelvi Mosque in Kumbhar Mohalla, he invited every community to participate in the rally. He warned that if drugs are not eradicated, Tehreek-e-Labbaik will stage an indefinite sit-in at Allah Wala Chowk in Umerkot to achieve their demands.
Sarhandi emphasized the need for implementing the Nizam-e-Mustafa (System of the Prophet) to solve economic problems and stated that Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan is making every effort for this cause.
