KARACHI: Prof. Dr. Farzana Shaheen, the Director of the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), the University of Karachi, assured the students that all academic, administrative, and financial issues would soon be resolved.
She expressed these views on Thursday while speaking at a special meeting with the research students of the international center. A large number of students attended the meeting. Prof. Dr. M. Raza Shah, the senior professor of the ICCBS, and Dr. Shahid Mansoor, the incharge IPR Office, were also present on the occasion.
In the meeting, students also inform the lady director about their academic and research issues. Prof. Farzana Shaheen assured the students that all the genuine problems, especially those linked with the timely completion of the M.Phil. and Ph.D. studies, would soon be resolved, and said that the prime objective of this meeting was to get acquainted with the issues of the students.
Prof. Farzana Shaheen directed the students to follow the rules and regulations of the center and said that students were also required to show great performance in their academic and research fronts.
