ISLAMABAD:Secretary Information and Broadcasting Sohail Ali Khan visited Radio Pakistan Quetta station on Monday. The Station Director Anis Ur Rehman briefed the Secretary Information about performance of the unit in respect of programmes and news sections, according to a Radio Pakistan’s report.

Talking on this occasion, Sohail Ali Khan said Radio Pakistan is an effective medium to reach masses even in the far-flung areas of the country. He said steps are being taken to upgrade working of Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation in accordance with modern era requirements.

The Secretary Information and Broadcasting also visited studios of Balochi, Pashtu, Brahevi and Hazaragi languages besides News and Current Affairs Channel studio.
