Karachi: The Sindh Cabinet has approved an attendance monitoring system aimed at lowering student dropout rates in schools across the province. The approval was granted at a cabinet meeting chaired by Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah.
According to Radio Pakistan, the system will be enforced in all the schools of the province within a year. This initiative marks a significant step towards enhancing educational retention and ensuring that students remain engaged in their academic pursuits.
In addition to the attendance monitoring system, the cabinet also approved the establishment of a nursing school in Malir, Karachi. This decision is part of a broader effort to improve healthcare education and expand professional training opportunities within the region.
