SHIKARPUR: Shikarpur police on Sunday evening claimed to have recovered four kidnapped persons of Punjab province from the Katcha area of Garhi Tegho.
According to SSP Office Shikarpur, on a tip-off, Naparkot police have recovered four kidnapped persons identified as Sikandar Ali Mirani, Sarwar Mirani, and Ali Nawaz Mirani of Gujranwala area of Punjab and Muhammad Adeel Kashmiri from the Katcha area of Garhi Tegho. They had been kidnapped some months ago.
The kidnappees were safely released from the clutches of kidnappers, police claimed.
On the other hand, Shikarpur police have advised all citizens and outsiders to be aware of kidnapping for ransom on tactics like honey trap.
