Ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr, the Sindh Food Authority (SFA) has deployed specialized teams across several divisions, including Karachi, Hyderabad, and Sukkur, to ensure food hygiene compliance.
This initiative, led by SFA Director General Asif Jan Siddiqui under the guidance of Special Assistant to Chief Minister Sindh on Food Abdul Jabbar Khan, aims to safeguard public health during the festive season.
Siddiqui announced that citizens could report any issues related to food quality through the helpline WhatsApp number 03300116553, with prompt actions promised on all complaints. The SFA will conduct inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene standards, and enforce the Sindh Food Authority Act against those selling substandard products.
