Nawabshah: Seven members of a family, including three children and three women, were burnt to death when a car went out of driver’s control and fell into a dry minor near Nawabshah on Monday.

According to rescue sources, the family of Slongi community in a car was going to village Khahi Machhi near Moro from Hyderabad when it fell in the dry minor near Nawabshah and Qazi Ahmed following which a fire broke out in the vehicle resulting in death of seven people including three children, three women and a man, all belonging to Solangi caste.

The bodies and injured were shifted to Taluka Hospital Qazi Ahmed for autopsies and treatment, respectively. The police have lodged a report and started a probe into the incident. The incident occurred due to over speeding of the car.
