Islamabad: Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and Deputy Speaker Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah met with Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani in Islamabad today [Saturday]. During the meeting, the leaders discussed parliamentary affairs, matters of national importance, institutional coordination, and measures to further strengthen cooperation between the Senate and National Assembly.

According to Radio Pakistan, Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani emphasized that close coordination and mutual cooperation between the two Houses are essential for strengthening democratic traditions and ensuring an effective parliamentary system.
