One Jawan of a security force was killed and seven others were injured in a roadside bomb explosion in Buleda area of Turbat in Balochistan province on Friday.

According to police, a roadside bomb exploded near the convoy of security forces in Buleda area of Turbat, resultantly, one jawan of security forces was killed while seven others personnel sustained injuries in the blast.

The security forces cordoned off the area after the blast and rushed injured to hospital. The authorities have started a probe into the incident.

It may be noted that yesterday, the security forces had thwarted a terrorist bid in Gwadar area of Balochistan, where terrorists had planted an IED in a market area. With effective action, the sordid design of the terrorists and their facilitators on the occasion of Muharram was foiled. The security forces completed the clearance operation.
