LAHORE: Secretary Primary and Secondary Healthcare took notice of the fake entries by vaccinators in Vaccination Centers and constituted a fact finding committee to monitor the vaccine stocks here on Friday.

Amid COVID-19 mass vaccination drive in Punjab, it was found out that vaccinators and data entry operators were doing fake entries. To monitor the stock and performance of the staff, a fact finding committee has been constituted including officials of the Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department, Sara Aslam, Secretary P and SHD told.

Additional Secretary Technical, Dr Asim Altaf as convener, Deputy Director Ahmar Khan as Secretary, Deputy Secretary Vertical Programs Syeda Ramla and Deputy Secretary Technical (II) Tariq Khawaja are nominated a members of the Fact Finding Committee. This committee will also work to better the vaccination drive, said the issued notice.
