QUETTA: Serving Secretary, Local Government Department, Imran Gichki was awarded five years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs8 crore by Accountability Court, Quetta in a reference of accumulating assets beyond known sources of income.

According to a report, Aftab Ahmed Laon, Accountability Court, Quetta sentenced Imran Gichki, Secretary, Local Government Department five years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.08 crore in a reference pertaining to accumulating assets beyond known sources of income. The Accountability Court, Quetta also ordered for confiscation of the illegal properties of Imran Gichki in Islamabad, Marri and other parts of the province, cash and gold.
