Lahore: On the directives of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, schools across Punjab commemorated Youm-e-Tashakur and expressed support for the Pakistan Army. According to Radio Pakistan, the events in Kasur and Pattoki were marked by enthusiastic participation from students who waved flags and chanted slogans such as "Long live Pakistan" and "Long live Pakistan Army." The activities aimed to instill a sense of national pride and support for the military among the younger generation.
Children also engaged in poster and drawing competitions, focusing on themes related to Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos. These activities provided a platform for students to express their creativity and patriotism, further highlighting the significance of the day across the province.
