LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar met with assembly members, ticket holders, and party office-bearers in Hafizabad today.

He asked for their well-being and matters pertaining to the overall political situation, mutual interests and development projects came under discussion. CM while talking on this occasion categorically stated that the PTI government presented record development projects in its 3.75 years tenure and development projects amounting to Rs18.7 billion were allocated for district Hafizabad.

It is the sole objective of the PTI government to provide equal progress to every small and big city, he added. He stated that a new District Headquarter Hospital will be set up in Hafizabad and the dream to establish University of Hafizabad will soon be materialized. He highlighted that link roads will be improved to provide travel convenience to the people of Hafizabad and surrounding areas.

He disclosed that two new Associate Colleges will also be set up in district Hafizabad. Provision and drainage of water, water filtration plants and other 26 development projects will also be completed, he stated. CM underscored that 64 Dehi Markaz Maal have been completed while further 53 Dehi Markaz Maal will be set up.

He outlined that every citizen of Hafizabad and its surrounding area will be able to get a free medical treatment facility up to Rs. 10 lakh by Qaumi Sehat Card. Usman Buzdar asserted that change is bound to come as the enemies of progress cannot achieve anything to impede it by their nefarious designs. CM maintained that he has put Punjab province on the real road to progress and prosperity by working diligently day in and day out. The opponents feel uneasy to see the welfare and progress of the masses, CM concluded.
