BAKKAR:An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Sargodha Tuesday annulled the provision of 7-ATA in the case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Amin Gandapur and ordered to transfer the case to the Bhakkar sessions court. Ali Amin Gandapur will appear before the Bhakkar sessions court tomorrow for bail. The court granted one-day transit remand of the PTI leader to the police. ATC judge Khawar Rasheed delivered the reserved verdict.

Meanwhile, PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur was granted bail Tuesday in a case registered at Golra police station, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. Additional Sessions Judge Sikandar Khan granted bail to Ali Amin Gandapur. The Islamabad court also ordered Ali Amin Gandapur to submit Rs300,000 worth of surety bonds.
