ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Jawad Sohrab Malik, on Wednesday celebrated the remarkable academic accomplishment of Miss Basimah Usman, a student of OPF College, here at OPF Head office Islamabad.
The event took place in the presence of her family, faculty, and peers at OPF (Overseas Pakistanis Foundation) College. Miss Basimah Usman, secured the highest marks globally in the Urdu Cambridge IGCSE, June 2023, and was honored with the prestigious Outstanding Cambridge Learner Award.
