Speaker of the Sindh Assembly, Syed Awais Qadir Shah, on Friday paid homage to Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on his 46th martyrdom anniversary, highlighting his pivotal role in navigating Pakistan through challenging times and establishing a foundation for stability and progress.
Shah emphasized Bhutto’s instrumental efforts in drafting Pakistan’s first unanimous constitution and spearheading the nation’s nuclear program, marking Pakistan as the first nuclear power in the Muslim world.
The speaker also acknowledged the sacrifices of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and the leadership of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Asif Ali Zardari in continuing Bhutto’s vision. The Pakistan People’s Party remains committed to Bhutto’s ideals of “Roti, Kapra, aur Makan,” striving for a just society.
