Russia has ruled out any possibility to return to nuclear treaty with the United States until change in NATO”s stance and willingness to dialogue.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov in Moscow today said when there is a willingness to take into account our concerns, then the situation will change.

The 2010 treaty limits each country’s deployed nuclear warheads to 1,550.
