KASUR:A group of robbers took away gold worth over Rs15 million and Rs500,000 during a jewellery shop heist in Khudian’s main bazar, police said Sunday.

Some gun-totting people barged into the shop of one Shahid after torturing watchmen. The suspects lifted a cabinet full of gold and fled the scene.

The complainant told the police that he lost one kilogram gold and Rs500,000 cash. A case was registered and investigation was launched.
