QUETTA: The services of five personnel of Eagle Squad, Quetta have been terminated on account of misconduct.

According to a statement issued by the spokesman for Senior Superintendent of Police (Operations), Quetta on Sunday, the services of five personnel of Eagle Squad namely constable Muhammad Nur, constable Muhammad Zubair, constable Khaqan, constable Yaseen and constable Inayatullah have been terminated by SSP (Operations), Quetta after conducting inquiry.

The statement said that accused had recovered drugs, including ice and heroin, from a vehicle at Archa Road area of the provincial capital, but let the drug peddler’s scot free after receiving bribe.
