QUETTA: Pushtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) staged a protest demonstration outside Quetta Press Club here on Sunday against the detention of MNA Ali Wazir, leader of PTM and kidnapping of Malik Obaidullah Kasi, member Central Committee, Awami National Party.

Addressing the protest demonstration, speakers said that despite lapse of considerable period of time, nothing was known as to who were responsible for the kidnapping of Malik Obaidullah Kasi.

They demanded of the authorities to take immediate steps for the safe recovery of Malik Obaidullah Kasi. Condemning the detention of MNA Ali Wazir, they called on authorities to release MNA Ali Wazir and other political detainees forthwith. Protest demonstration was addressed by Noor Bacha, Malik Abdul Majeed Kakar, Syed Zubair Shah, Dr Akbar and others.
