HARNAI: PTI District Harnai on Sunday rallied and staged a protest demonstration for the release of their party founder Imran Khan and against alleged rigging in the recent general election elections.

The rally, under the aegis of Pakistan Tehreek-r-Insaf, district Harnai, was taken out from the PTI’s district Secretariat. The participants marched through different roads of Harnai city and reached Bacha Khan Chowk where a protest demonstration was staged.

Condemning the incarceration of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, speakers demanded the early his release. They said that the people of the country, particularly people of Harnai, Ziarat, Dera Bughti, Kohlu and Sibi, cast their votes in favour of PTI’s backed candidate, but the victory of their victory was altered into defeat through a massive ‘rigging’. The protest demonstration was addressed by Muhammad Qasim Tarin, General Secretary, PTI, Harnai and other leaders.
