Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Interior and Legal Affairs, Attaullah Tarar says PTI Chief is trying to get the Toshakhana case in trial court delayed through tactics.

Talking to newsmen in Islamabad today, he said when a case is in trial court, no appeal can be made to higher courts.

Attaullah Tarar said PTI Chief appeared twice or thrice in in the courts during approximately seventy hearings. He said Toshakhana case can be challenged in the apex court.
