QUETTA: Salar Khan Kakar, PTI backed candidate from NA-263-Quetta, said Friday that he had been forced to change side; otherwise, result of NA-263-Quetta constituency would be altered.

Talking to PPI, he said that according to “Form-45” obtained by the polling agents of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf from different polling stations of the constituency, his votes were about 28,000, but his victory was not being notified.

“Come what may, I will stand by Imran Khan,” he said, adding that PTI backed candidates were leading in different constituencies of the province, but their results had been withheld without any cogent reasons. He demanded that results of PTI’s backed independent candidate be issued; otherwise, a peaceful protest movement would be started.
