Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has conferred Nishan-i-Imtiaz (Military) upon Indonesian Naval Chief Admiral Dr. Muhammad Ali at a Special Investiture Ceremony in Islamabad today. The conferment of the award recognizes Admiral Dr. Muhammad Ali's contribution to the promotion of relations between the two navies.
According to Radio Pakistan, the ceremony was attended, among others, by Naval Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf, members of Parliament, and members of the diplomatic community.
