The President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, has stated that the success of the Kashmir freedom movement is the fundamental goal of his politics.

During his recent visits to the UK and the US, he highlighted the Kashmir issue on a global scale and put India in a defensive position.

During the visit, Barrister Sultan addressed members of the British Parliament and informed them about the Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir. He held meetings with US Congress member Thomas Suozzi and other high-ranking officials, briefing them on human rights violations.

Barrister Sultan organized an Iftar dinner for ambassadors from 22 Islamic countries and provided a detailed briefing on the Indian atrocities in Kashmir. He requested the Islamic countries to play a role in resolving the Kashmir issue.

He attributed his success to the love of the people of Mirpur and mentioned that he has the unique honor of being elected as a member of the assembly nine times. He condemned terrorism and expressed sorrow over the sacrifices of security forces.

The President of Azad Kashmir condemned the atrocities by Israel and appealed to the international community to play a role in resolving the Kashmir and Palestine issues. He expressed his commitment to completing development projects in Mirpur, including an international airport, parking plaza, and business center.

Barrister Sultan stated that the Mirpur Business Center has been included in the CPEC, which will eliminate unemployment and bring a revolution of development in Azad Kashmir.
