QUETTA: Four Parties Alliance on Monday announced to stage a big public meeting in Quetta on February 21 against alleged rigging in the general election, ahead of another public meeting in Pishin on February 22.
Announcing second phase of protest drive against the ‘rigging in election’, spokesman of four parties alliance compromising Balochistan National Party (Mengal), Pushtunkhwa Milli Awami Party, National Awami Party and Hazara Democratic Party said in a statement that the protest sit-in of four parties alliance, which had been continuing for the last 11 days, would continue outside the office of District Returning Officer, Quetta.
The spokesman said that a public meeting would be staged in Mastung on February 25, followed by a public gathering in Hazara Town area of Quetta.
The spokesman said that a protest sit-in under the aegis of Balochistan National Party (Mengal), Pushtunkhwa Milli Awami Party, National Awami Party and Hazara Democratic Party would continue outside the office of Deputy Commissioner Quetta at Anscomb Road area of Quetta
