Karachi police gunned down one suspected robber and arrested four other in two separate alleged encounters on Monday in the district of Korangi.

In the first encounter at Korangi sector 50 C, the Karachi police said that one unidentified robber was fatally shot, while three others, identified as Abdulla, Faizan, and Sami, were apprehended. Police revealed the recovery of three pistols, snatched mobile phones, and two motorcycles from the scene. The deceased’s body was transported to a hospital as investigations continue.

Meanwhile, in the Shah Faisal Colony, another confrontation resulted in the arrest of Arshad Ali, who was injured during the exchange. His accomplice managed to escape, with police seizing a pistol and a motorcycle. The injured suspect was also taken to a hospital for treatment while further investigations are ongoing.
