Islamabad: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted rain-wind/thundershower, with isolated heavy falls, in Punjab, Islamabad, Kashmir, northeast Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Gilgit-Baltistan over the next twelve hours. Meanwhile, hot and humid conditions are expected to continue in other parts of the country.According to Radio Pakistan, temperatures recorded in major cities this morning were as follows: Islamabad and Gilgit at twenty-one degrees Celsius, Lahore at thirty, Karachi and Peshawar at twenty-eight, Quetta and Muzafarabad at twenty-three, and Murree at sixteen degrees Celsius.The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates cloudy skies with chances of rain and wind, accompanied by thundershowers with isolated heavy falls in regions such as Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramulla. The temperatures recorded this morning in these areas were: Srinagar, Anantnag, and Shopian at eighteen degrees Celsius, Jammu at twenty-s ix, Leh at twelve, and Pulwama and Baramulla at nineteen degrees Celsius.
