Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif has expressed the commitment to provide all necessary support to the Pakistan Navy in its antinarcotics mission, saying complete eradication of narcotics is crucial for the welfare of humanity.

In a statement on Friday, he paid tribute to the Pakistan Navy’s Combined Task Force 150 for its successful antinarcotics operation in the North Arabian Sea.

The Prime Minister appreciated the Pakistan Navy’s dynamic leadership for preventing the smuggling of 1.3 tons of narcotics.

He stated that thwarting such a largescale smuggling attempt is commendable. He said the entire nation is proud of Pakistan Navy’s personnel.
