Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has directed to reconstruct Murree Expressway and effectively resolve land-sliding issues on it.

According to the Prime Minister Office, during his visit to Murree on Thursday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif directed to devise a plan as at the earliest for the supply of water to the tourists’ city.

In addition, the Prime Minister said that steps should be taken for the reconstruction of Murree Link Roads

Shehbaz Sharif also directed to start the stalled work of construction of hospital in Murree and to work out a strategy for giving higher secondary status to the high school of Rawat village.

He also directed to expedite the construction of cricket stadium in Murree.

The Prime Minister took stern notice of the illegal constructions in Murree city and ordered to conduct a survey in this regard.

The Prime Minister also directed to prepare a development plan for New Murree which would not only preserve the beauty of the area but also enhance it.
