Prime Minister Imran Khan has advised the party workers to hold peaceful demonstrations and avoid confrontation with opposition as holding of peaceful protest is a legal right. Addressing a groundbreaking ceremony of Rawalpindi Ring Road Project, the Prime Minister referred to the opposition’s politics and urged the public to differentiate between virtue and evil.

Congratulating the residents of Rawalpindi, he expressed the confidence that the Ring Road project will bring vital changes in the whole area, through vast connectivity, by saving travel time and spurring business activities.

The Prime Minister said Lahore Ring Road has already brought huge changes and stressed upon undertaking of similar projects for other cities of Punjab like Faisalabad and Sialkot as hubs of exports.

The 38.3 kilometers long Rawalpindi Ring Road will comprise of six lanes and interchange will also be constructed on it.

The project will help ease traffic flow in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
