ISLAMABAD:On the orders of Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti, the plan to implement the deportation of foreign illegal immigrants in Pakistan has been forwarded to the Ministry of Interior.

According to police, the illegal immigrants would be deported with the cooperation of their embassies. The country’s immigration authorities conducted 21 operations at different places against the illegal immigrants and registered 39 cases against them.

Police said 298 illegal immigrants are facing cases in courts. Yesterday, as many as 17 Afghan nationals staying illegally in Pakistan were presented before the court, they added.
