ISLAMABAD: A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight carrying winterized tents left Islamabad for Turkiye on Wednesday.

In a statement, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has said that Pakistan stands shoulder to shoulder with Turkiye and Syria in hour of difficulty. Meanwhile, a relief consignment carrying goods, medical and rescue teams has reached Damascus. It was sent through a special aircraft by the NDMA from Islamabad Airport.
