Pakistani and Chinese business firms have signed an agreement for promotion of cooperation in the leather industry.

This agreement was facilitated by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), according to a Radio Pakistan’s report.

Leather products made in Pakistan are in high demand in the global market, including handbags, purses, suitcases and belts.

Cooperation with China will boost Pakistan’s leather industry and also provide exposure to Pakistani leather products.
