Pakistan and Turkiye have voiced strong disapproval of Israel’s planned military takeover of Gaza, labeling it a blatant breach of international statutes and United Nations Security Council resolutions. This condemnation came during a phone call between Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan.
The two officials discussed bilateral partnerships and assessed the current global and regional landscape. A key point of concern was the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
Dar emphasized the critical need for unobstructed humanitarian relief and an end to what he termed Israeli exemption from accountability.
The conversation also covered cooperative endeavors between the two nations. Both foreign ministers reaffirmed their commitment to bolstering their existing robust relationship.
