Pakistan to Enhance Investment Facilitation for Saudi Businesses

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to facilitating Saudi investors, emphasizing the country’s potential in key economic sectors.

During a meeting with Saudi Investment Minister Khalid Al-Falih and Head of the Joint Task Force for Economic Engagement, Mohammad Al-Tuwaijri, the Prime Minister invited Saudi businesses to explore opportunities under the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC). He underscored Pakistan’s investment potential in energy, infrastructure, agriculture, and technology.

Saudi officials expressed strong interest in strengthening economic ties with Pakistan. They discussed ways to enhance institutional collaboration for accelerating investment projects and ensuring their effective implementation.

Both sides agreed to further solidify the Pakistan-Saudi economic partnership through structured engagements and timely execution of joint projects.

The meeting reflected the shared commitment of both nations to fostering a long-term economic relationship based on mutual benefit.
