Pakistan Navy continues flood relief operations in Sindh and has extended it to affected areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province including Dera Ismail Khan.

Navy teams rescued 253 people from Gozo village of Dadu district through boats late on Tuesday and transferred them to a safe place by helicopters.

According to spokesperson of Pakistan Navy, evacuation of residents of Miran Machhi and Rais Jamal Hasan Goth severely affected by floods is also underway.

Pakistan Navy teams are also providing medical facilities, ration, food and other essential items to the flood victims in different areas.
