Among the pacts was a significant agreement concerning the transfer of sentenced prisoners between the two nations, alongside a separate memorandum dedicated to promoting cultural exchange.
In a move to strengthen people-to-people contact, an agreement was formalized to establish a sister-city relationship between the respective capital cities of Bishkek and Islamabad.
