Indonesia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Abdul Kadir Jailani says strong economic relations between major trading markets of Pakistan and Indonesia will play an important role in economic integration among the OIC nations.
In an interview with APP, he said market of 500 million people of the two countries can establish strong economic and trade relations for increasing trade volume.
The Minister said bilateral trade volume between the two countries stands at 3.9 billion dollars at present, which is likely to increase further in the near future.
Abdul Kadir Jailani said Indonesia can provide Pakistan with opportunities for trade and economic activities in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEANs) market, which will enhance the growth of trade between the two countries.
