Pakistani Ambassador in Ukraine Retired Major General Noel Israel Khokhar says the Embassy in the war-hit country is working vigilantly to evacuate all Pakistanis through borders of Poland and Romania.
In an audio message to Radio Pakistan today [Saturday], he said that all Pakistani students and other community members living in Ukraine are safe.
He said 60 Pakistanis students have been shifted to Poland last night, 72 are at borders of Poland, Romania and Hungary for crossing and we will shift about 400 students till tomorrow. He said total 382 students have been left to borders today.
He said 54 students are travelling through bus and train from different cities of Ukraine to the capital and we will evacuate all 436 students including remaining students within coming two or three days.
Meanwhile 81 people including 21 family members of embassy staff have already been evacuated.
