Islamabad: The Pakistan Army and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police conducted a joint patrol and flag rally in Swat today.
According to Radio Pakistan, a large number of residents participated in the rally, expressing solidarity with the Pakistan Army and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police by carrying the national flag and reaffirming their support for the security forces.
The flag rally was attended by Pakistan Army personnel, police officials, citizens, and children. Participants raised spirited slogans of "Pakistan Zindabad" and "Pakistan Army Zindabad" during the event.
As part of the joint patrol, convoys comprising security vehicles and motorcycles patrolled major roads across the city. The activity was aimed at further strengthening the sense of security among the public, promoting mutual trust, and conveying a clear message to anti-state elements.
The event reflected the close cooperation and unity among the people, the Pakistan Army, and the police, reaffirming their collective resolve to confront all challenges together and ensure lasting peace and stability in Swat.
