OSCE Minsk Group fails to resolve Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict – Turkish Speaker

Turkish Grand National Assembly Speaker Mustafa Sentop hasstated that OSCE Minsk Group failed to resolve theArmenia-Azerbaijan conflict, Azernews reports.
