Opposition has not agenda for the masses: CM Punjab

LAHORE: The past rulers have done nothing for the people and corruption was also rampant in their tenure.

In a statement, Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar said the opposition has no agenda for the country as the corrupt are only concerned about saving their booty. The past rulers prioritized personal interest as corruption was rampant in the previous tenure, he said. The country would have not plunged into the quagmire of loans if there had been no corruption, the CM maintained. The public money was mercilessly wasted on exhibitory projects, he deplored.

The nation supports across the board accountability while PM Imran Khan has waged a war against corruption. The country will move forward with the accountability of corruption while the opposition is making futile efforts to save its looted money, the CM added.
